ANESTESIA the band of Teplice started as a wreckage of in the time not well known bands NECROSIS and SATANACHIST sometimes in the 1995 fall, originally as a five-pieced group.The very first recording was drew up after +- six months' working in a provisional studio while Mr. LVesely assisted phonetically. But ft was just an operational recording which facilitated a way on the live stages for the band only First squads CRISIS CAME ALONG the first successes which flew into a departute of one band's guitarist. The rest of the band decided-after sone searching for an adequate compensation-to continue on as a quartette. As a four membered so id they entered Prague's "Live And Loud" studio where the first official "Labyrint' demo was recorded The recording took quite a favourable response despite its poorer sound quality. But the break point happened in 1997 when the band -after bad experiences and many recommendations-decided to change the studio.The second "Hopeless "demo was recorded, in a far-famed "Hostivar" studio being well assisted by such guys like Zdenek Sikir and Pavel Marcel The demo introduced the band on pages of major magazines and zines in the Czech Republic and even abroad (Metal Hammer, Spark, Big Beng! etc.) The band appeared also on small or bigger fests and gigs obviously. ANESTESIA moved to a seclusion to prepare a complete stuff for their debut album then which was recorded in the well-tried "Hostivar" studio shortly afterwards. "Satisfied "the debut album was-after a long search for an acceptable label-released by "Cephalic Rec." (new small label in the time) in August'01. First 300 pcs edition was relatively well distributed so the next 300 pcs re-press was doing two months later (not only because of the reason) The re-presses was assisted by small, unknown and also unofficial NAPALMED Rec.
