IT'S VERY NICE TO HEAR THAT AN OLD BANDS ARE COMING BACK BACK INTO UNDERGROUND BUSINESS. IT'S NICE TO HEAR THAT ADRAMELECH, AFTER MANY YEARS OF SILENCE, ARE BACK!!!
THEIR STYLE IS REMAINS DEDICATED TO TRUE UNDERGROUND, THEIR MUSIC ARE NOT VERY FAST AND NOT VERY BRUTAL. ITS STANDS SOMEWERE BETWEEN MID TEMPO BRUTALITY AND FAST RIFFS. SMELLS LIKE 90' DEATH METAL. SO FANS OF OLD SCHOOL DEATH METAL WILL BE SATISFIED. MANY NEW FANS JUST STARTED TO DISCOVER LONG FORGOTTEN 90' YEARS. I RECOMMEND TO START WITH ADRAMELECH.

biography

ADRAMELECH was formed in 1991, and since then they have been around on the Metal scene. In '92 they released their first studio release "Grip Of Darkness* which was soon followed by 7" 'Spring of Recovery (Adipocere Rec, Fra). After a long silence, ADRAMELECH finally visited in a studio in "94. The Fair was the result of that visit, and Repulse Records (Spa) got interested in it In '95, A deal was signed, and the wThe Fair demo was re-issued on 3"MCD format. In December the same year ADRAMELECH returned to the studio in which they had also recorded The Fall1, Tico-Tico studio in Kemi, Finland.
Summer '96 the time had come, adramelech_02.jpgADRAMELEHs first full lenght "Psychostasia" was released by Repulse Records. After the release, the second season of silence ended the long creative season.
The band woke-up again spring "98, it was time to join the Repulsive Tour..
ADRAMELECH played several gigs with Incantation (usa), Avulsed (spa) and Deeds ofHesh (usa). Until autumn '97 ADRAMELECH had enough material for a MCD, and once more, it was recorded at Tico-Tico. This MCD, entitled *Seven" was released by Repulse Records in May '98.
Things got complicated early "99 during the recordings of the second full lenght "Pure Blood Doom" at PopStudio, and everything changed dramatically, including label and the band members. ADRAMELECH was once again going through hard times. But there was no such a thing that could have stopped this album to be recorded. The band showed their ability to cope with difficulties, and "Pure Blood Doom" was recorded in summer 1999 anew. Severe Music released the album in November 1999, and it has got good critics in several magazines around the world. Spring 2000 ADRAMELECH played some gigs in XTREEM MUSICfinland, Holland and Belgium.
The long process of creating enough material for the third album Terror Of Thousand Faces" was finally complete in summer of 2002 and ADRAMELECH entered Mika Haapasalos PopStudio again. Recording sessions have never been too easy for the band, and this session wasnt an exception.
Guitars had to be recorded three times, first 'cause of the poor sound and then again 'cause of a hard-disk crash. Besides that a new vocalist had to be found-After many difficulties with their label Severe Music, the band got in touch with Xtreem Music, label owned by Dave Rotten, same one as their former label Repulse Rec. and a deal was reached for the release of this album. So after 6 years, a new ADRAMELECH album is out.. Terror Of Thousand Faces"!
