WITH THE UTMOST PLEASURE I RECEIVED NEXT PORTION OF DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY SPIRITUAL FOOD FROM XTREEM MUSIC. BUT I WILL SAY HONESTLY, SEEN MORE PRECISELY TO SAY HEARD NOT SATISFIED MY INSATIABLE TASTES. AFTER PROMISING, GLOOMY INDUSTRIAL INTRO, THRASH/MELODIC DEATH GOES WITH IN A NUMBER OF BREAKS, KEYBOARD PASSAGES, SOLOS-GUITARS AND METALLIC-JAZZ . A VOCAL CHANGES FROM SIMPLE CLEAN, TO HOARSE. WITH THE LARGE STRETCHING IT IS POSSIBLE TO FIND DEATH ROOTS. AN ALBUM IS FULL OF NEW IDEAS, BUT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THRASH/BLACK. PROBABLY FANS OF CHILDREN OF BODDOM WILL FIND 100% SATISFACTION FROM THIS ALBUM. BUT I AM NOT.

Crisphobal (Drums), Rhulk (Voice), Lux (Guitar) and Carlo IV (Guitar) formed Execror in 1996, the embryonic Death Metal act that would mutate later to THE HERETIC next year, with the new members Nexusseis and Alasthor (keyboards and bass). New ideas came, more oriented to european Black Metal and to Avantgarde, being called now THE HERETIC, releasing that autumn "The Book Of Faith" MCD by Black Dragon Records.
A new band re-structure moves Nexusseis to play the bass after Alasthor quits. Aphengouza is the new man for the Keyboards. In 1999 their debut albunrTFallen From Heaven" is released by Iberian Moon (former Black Dragon Rec), with a good response from the fens and the press.
In 2000 Lux quits and Phaeman gets in, from Death Metal missing act UNCREATION, and THE HERETIC gets the estability they needed. With this new line up they began to work on their second album XTREEM MUSIC"Chemistry For The Soul", much more original, raw and progressive. Unfortunately, they got no promotion or support, which got this album almost unknown. This was the reason why the band quits from Iberian Moon and decides to look for another label.
Between 2002 and 2003 the band worked on a small tour in Spain while they compose and develop some demos with the new songs that will form their new album, more complex, epic and progressive than ever. In early 2004, the band started negotiations with XTREEM MUSIC for the reissue of the band's 2nd album and then giving it the promotion and distribution that never had before at the same time that they prepare the way towards their 3rd album that will see the light in 2005.
