Cornerstone reach a landmark with this, their 4th studio album
"Two Tales of One Tomorrow" The band started life in 2000 as a one off solo
album "Arrival" for Royal Hunt bassmeister Steen Mogensen when he invited former
Rainbow singer Doogie White to join him on the project.
Such was the interest in the album and collaboration that it was not long before
Mogensen and White were writing for a second album that was to become "Human
Stain".
Steen's sparing partner from the Royal Hunt days Allen Sorensen was recruited to
add his signiture drum playing and after hearing his work on the demos for
"Human Stain" Doogie suggested utilising guitarist Kasper Damgaard's unique
sound and style for the band. Keyboard player Rune Brink was asked to contribute
to the bands 3rd studio outing "Once Upon Our Yesterdays" and this final
addition was to secure the line up that toured Europe in 2005 producing the
highly acclaimed live album "Cornerstone In Concert"
This line up can be heard at their very best on this brand new album "Two Tales
of One Tomorrow" Everything that has written or said about this melodic metal
band from the solid compostitions and creative production, through the powerful
solid drumming, pumping bass lines, roaring guitars, intricate keyboard lines
and ripping, soaring vocals is on this album. Add in tales of seance', mystery,
globalisation, emotional torment and you have a modern classic rock album that
sees the band evolving with every note, every song, every lyric. Are you brave
enought to look in the mirror and see your "Two Tales of One Tomorrow"?
